Review every estimate

InstantFork estimates nutrition from food photos. Ingredients, portion sizes, cooking methods, and foods outside the photo can affect the result. Review and adjust the estimate before saving it. A scan does not verify allergens or whether a food is safe to eat.

The AI diary guide explains logged nutrition and suggests general meal ideas. Its answers can be incomplete or incorrect, and missing diary entries do not show how much you actually ate. It does not verify allergies, prescribe diets, or change your goals or meals automatically. Check recipe ingredients and use your own judgment before following a suggestion.

InstantFork provides a food diary for general information. It does not provide medical advice, diagnose conditions, or replace guidance from a qualified health professional.

Personal targets use the details you choose to provide and a standard adult energy equation. Activity and food needs vary, so these targets are estimated starting points. Setup can be skipped, and you can review your details or set your own reference goals. When a suitable estimate is unavailable, including for users under 18 or in general guidance mode, the app supports food awareness without generating a weight-change target. Consult a qualified professional for individual needs or a prescribed eating plan.

Your account and photos

Use your own Google account and keep access to it secure. Upload photos you have permission to use. Do not misuse the service, attempt to access another person’s diary, or bypass AI usage limits.

When you ask the diary guide a question, you authorize processing your question and the saved nutrition data described in our Privacy policy with the AI provider. Answers do not add or change diary entries; saving a suggested recipe requires your confirmation.

When you request analysis, you authorize InstantFork to process your photo with its AI provider and save the resulting meal to your diary when you confirm it.

Free and Premium plans

Manual tracking, nutrition goals and charts, water, food lookup, meal editing, private sync, and diary export are available on Free. Premium adds a larger monthly allowance for photo scans and diary-guide requests. Our pricing page shows the available plans, prices, and allowances before you subscribe.

Premium is a recurring subscription processed through Stripe. The selected monthly or annual amount, currency, and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Monthly and annual subscriptions receive the same allowance each calendar month; allowances reset at 00:00 UTC on the first of the month, do not roll over, and are separate from the payment renewal date. Upgrading increases that month’s allowance without clearing requests already used. Requests that fail on our service are returned to the monthly allowance, but may still count toward daily or hourly limits.

Manage your subscription, invoices, and payment details from Goals & account → Plans & billing. Cancelling there stops future renewals and keeps access until the paid period ends. Payment failures can suspend Premium access. Deleting your account cancels any active subscription before removing your diary and sign-in account. Availability and AI limits

Sign-in, saved diaries, live scanning, and the AI diary guide require an internet connection and available service providers. Features may be interrupted or updated. Scan limits protect the service and may vary with its configuration; the default limits are 20 scans per day and 10 per hour. The diary guide has separate limits of 20 questions per day and 10 per hour by default. Failed requests may count toward these limits.

The demo uses example results and browser storage. Its meals are for exploring the app and do not represent your own nutrition.

Managing your diary

You can export your diary and request account deletion through Goals & account. Keep an export of information you need. Account deletion cancels active subscriptions and removes your saved diary and sign-in account. Minimal records used to prevent abuse or manage billing may remain, as explained in our Privacy policy.
