Can it review a recent week?
Yes. It can use the selected date and the previous six days of saved meals and water entries. Its observations depend on what is logged and will be limited when the diary is incomplete.
Meet your AI diary guide
Ask a question about your food diary and get an answer grounded in your saved entries. The InstantFork AI nutrition guide brings logged meals, daily goals, and hydration into one conversation-sized explanation.
Sign in with Google for a saved diary, or explore the demo.
Use your diary as the starting point.Sign in, choose a diary day on Today or Food diary, and select Ask your diary in the page header. The guide opens when you ask for it. Ask about your logged totals, ideas for your next meal, or recent patterns using a suggested question or your own question of up to 600 characters.
The response can include observations, practical suggestions, links to recipe examples, and follow-up questions. Each question uses your diary context independently, so include the detail you want the guide to consider when asking again.
The guide uses your nutrition goals, meal names and nutrition values for the selected date and the preceding six days, and water entries for those days. It reads the diary saved to your account, so finish syncing new entries before asking about them.
Your question and this diary context are shared for AI processing to generate the answer. The request excludes your account name, email, account identifier, and meal photos. The privacy policy explains how this information is handled.
An answer helps you interpret your entries; it does not add meals, change goals, or update your water log. You decide whether a suggestion fits your day, and make any diary changes yourself. Recipe links open examples already available in the app.
The guide works with logged information, which may be incomplete. Missing entries do not show that you skipped a meal or drank no water. More complete records give the guide more relevant context, while portion estimates still deserve your review.
